Our son was born at RPMH a few weeks ago and let me tell you, these folks are absolutely incredible. We self pay and we’ve had nightmares dealing with other hospitals in the past; from the get go Dr. Leidtke prepared pricing and options for …
Amazing OB team
The kitchen staff great job
Good hospital for a small community.
If I could give this place a no rating I would ever time I come their very rude and hateful
Amy Monroe-Bennett discloses 3rd party personal information to other employees, it’s not a good place to work at all.
They show no compassion for their patients. Do the bare minimum and send them home. Sad .
I agree eith Shelby Hazelwood they are rude as hell there’s one Doctor there thinks he’s so professional saying he’s gonna call your pain management doctor that I came in with pain that is true cause I’m in worst pain then I was before …
I was in the ER at RPMH on Feb 10th and I had the BEST care possible!!
. The doctor and the staff are the very best and I highly recommend Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital .
I am sitting in the er. Nothing is going on. 4 people are at a computer. Don’t know want is going on… my wife is pain from tooth root canal gone bad. No one has talked to the s 60 minutes. I should had gone to ABILENE for real care not this Cracker Jack group!
Worst Emergency Department I’ve ever seen in my life!!!!! They treat every patient as if there all drug addicts so if your in serious pain I don’t suggest coming to this place. They don’t treat your injury and they just are the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting!!!!
We drove six hours away not knowing what to expect. I have to say the Labor & Delivery staff was nothing but amazing to us. We can’t thank all those nurses enough. They made us feel like family. Comimg from Beeville Tx.
I was beginning to think no one in Sweetwater was interested in my health until I was treated at the Emergency Room at RPMH. I’ve never received better care! The entire staff was caring and helpful.
My daughter was having servere stomach pain n I had taken her to the ER 3 times n they do nothing n send her back home….She was pregnant at the time but not in labour…back at home she is screaming on the floor n pain so this time i call …
My daughter is having her first child as well as my first grandchild me and I other daughter was in the little waiting room the only ones there all day then was told we had to leave cause all waiting rooms are closed but when we were …
A smaller hospital with modern amenities and a down to earth staff that cares about there patience safety and well being as well as each other and their work environment. Average wait is around 20 minutes on a normal shift which makes it …
They took good care of my father. Found out what was wrong and helped him. Was really good at telling us what was needed to help better him. They treated him like family, listening to him and feeding him good. I can not recommend a better place to take your loved one’s.
I have had 4 or 5 trips to the emergency room during the past 3 1/2 years. and every time I was there I had immediate , excellent care and everyone treated me wonderfully. One night in March 2013 they literally saved my life. One reason I …
I was brought in by EMS. I don’t have much recollection of the ER, but I can tell they worked fast and furious, did the right tests, found the problems and admitted me to critical care. I can honestly say that’s one heck of an ER staff, …
In the last year, my parents and step parents have been patients at Rolling Plains and the care they received was fantastic! My step father described it as “top notch!” The nurses, therapist, doctors and surgeons are kind, and very knowledgeable. We are very proud and pleased with our hospital!
I took my father into the emergency room today at around 4 pm. He fell and hit his head and back. He is an elderly dialysis patient with congestive heart failure and diabetes. After he was brought back to his room I went back there. I could …
My dad recently had an out patient surgery. I drove from New Mexico to pick him up and was greeted kindly and immediately. They treated my dad with great respect and just like he was their family member. Thank goodness for the kindness they …
The ER was amazing when I had an accident and needed some work done on my head. I was seen quickly and they went above and beyond and even x-rayed my leg to be sure of no breaks. The surgery crew was also great when I had a procedure done. The cleanest hospital I’ve even been in as well.
I took my 14 year old into the Rolling Plains Memorial ER due to a sore throat, fever, and body aches. The ER Doctor performed no tests of any kind. He stated that they were out of the rapid Covid tests. I asked if they could do the …
The nurses were nice not so much the dr he had attitude and was rude, there was no need for that if he is ever on call I’ll NEVER bring my family to him. 😡🤬 …
If I could give the OB staff a zero rating I would.
they show no compassion for their patients and they do the absolute bare minimum for their patients and just send them home. not to mention how inconsiderate they are. Especially the house supervisor.
Mother received great care at Rolling Plains. Great nurses and were there when she needed them. Great experience.
The ER and ICU staff was phenomenal! They were very patient with my dad. Always asked us if we needed anything. At a trying time they helped us alot. Thank you!
Terrible treatment from doctor. I went in with bad back pain and he refused to do any tests. Like not even an X-ray. I asked him to and he said to ask my regular doctor to do it. However, I live in Arizona and am in Texas for work. Soo what am I supposed to do now? Does the hospital not have an X-ray?
What’s the point of having people at the front desk and nurses as well, if they just look at you and tell you that they can’t HELP YOU unless you it’s an emergency. 😤 Smh, get better assistance and y’all would get more business. Being polite is kinda a necessity that you need to work on a hospital. …
The 1 star is for the FEW staff that are actually decent. This ER is literally the WORST. I went in for Covid/flu like symptoms and they said the wouldn’t test me! A waste of time and money. The doctor was rude and arrogant and treated me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Next time I’ll be going to Abilene
Rolling plains memorial hospital ER has to be the worst place in the world. Nurse practioner Valerie Benavides is the most unprofessional uncompassionate person I have ever met in my life!! I would never recommend anyone to come to this ER. …
