I never understood the point of an appointment if imma wait for 2 hours..hire more people or get your schedule figured out and get me in at a better time.
Dr. Hicks is wonderful. The front desk staff are rude and incompetent. Some of them shouldn’t be dealing with patients due to their lack of sensitivity.
Terrible experience with staff and billing. Very rude, treated like a deadbeat because we didn’t pay a bill they admittedly didn’t send to us. Made my wife cry and demanded payment when she was in their office. Poor business office practices.

Just had my first appt with Dr Pettus and he is phenomenal! He took the time to address my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His staff is extremely friendly and efficient so there is little to no wait time.
