Called about a water leak on there side of meter was coming out of my concrete driveway they came out next day and said nothing still two days later water still pouring out of driveway called back two days later they came out and fixed main but left yard a mess
They provide water and generally fix outages pretty fast. I think they are the last company left in Alabama that does not take debit or credit cards in the office. Very inconvenient.

First off, when I went in to get water turned on, they were rude and unpleasant. Secondly, I haven’t had a water bill under $40. I see no leaks anywhere but every month it’s over $40. They know that they are the only choice and they use that to do whatever they want.
