Horrible service. Nobody ever answers the phone just rings forever. Millcork is the worst one I’ve been in there and receptionist is talking away on personal calls.
Bunch of crooks.. added insurance to my loan and I already had insurance not only that they back dated I do not think I will ever be able to pay them off
They are the worst bank i have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone. And if they do answer they are useless. Instead of calling to say your payment is late they just freeze your account untill you pay.
ZERO STARS. How can this kind of exploitation of NSF not be illegal?
If you are low on funds, they will be sure to reorder your daily transactions as to gain the most fees for their own pocket.
Kelsey credit Union recently changed everybody’s debit card After spending 2 hours shopping the card got declined went to the headquarters on mill cork street in Kalamazoo There were 22 people whose cards weren’t working whoever took the lead on this project is a joke
If I could give fewer stars I would. Completely incompetent staff and banking institution. Closed all accounts and paid off loan and three months later they won’t stop taking out payments. After going to the bank 3x they STILL can’t fix it! No one will EVER answer a phone so you can’t even call!
A main branch not open on Saturday? This CU has sure spent big bucks on buildings, but little for thtir customers. Lousy hours, lousy customer perks. No thanks.
This is where we have our Auto loan . We do online banking . It’s very easy and if I have any questions they are always very helpful ! I recommend this bank !
Hours are not right on google. I’ve waited 5 minutes for them to open past hours with a building full of employees at there main branch… Mobile deposit has been down months and there hours aren’t ideal for anyone who works. Not the service you would expect
I Just opened up a saving and checking account at this Kalsee location. Gail took the time to help me and answer my questions. She has awesome customer service, very personable, and professional! I would highly recommend this place.
The women in drive thru and management prejudice and rust they don’t even speak and always getting smart mouth. Then whenever people put money in my account they give them my account balance which they r not suppose to do. We called cooperate and they claim.they will take care of this issue but I don’t think they care.

General unwillingness to give logic and math a chance. 10/10 would not use again. This is a warning to customers who are looking for an honest credit union.
8 people in line. 1 Teller out of 6 spots. 4 out of 6 people in their office doing nothing. 3:30 in the afternoon. Busiest time of the day. That should sum it up. Not customer oriented.

I wish this was a branch again instead of a corporate headquarters. Whenever there’d be an issue, a teller could just talk to the back office staff right there and resolve it.

Kalsee Credit Union has financed both our cars and they give us good service. They have been very clear and merciful about late fees for late payments. They have a 10-day grace. For paying their loans. They could improve some of the waiting room where you stand in line because there’s quite a long line quite often that I go in there.

Easy online banking and an email for an employee that actually emails me back and remembers me. We have always had great customer service. Every employee has been knowledgeable and courteous. We have been customers with them for many years.
