I’m not sure what the deal is with a woman whom works at the window where you go to pay your bill but every single time she is extremely rude and just seems to hate life. I’ve never seen the woman smile before. Extremely poor attitude.

Not a very good company. They are about 25 years late in their services. They charge a high activation fee that will not go torwards your bills. AND you have to drive over there and pay it. And when you get there after a long day of work, they finally mention that they dont accept debit. Very subpar company.
I don’t understand how a company that deals with customers water doesn’t have a way to pay the sign up fee online. We’re in the 21st century this company needs to get a serious update. Ridiculous
I wish they would do online comparison bills online of what you paid instead of that Next bill pay which charges you $5.00 to pay on there website. Get up to date with the times and do online like Kenergy at least I can do comparison from …
