Western Kentucky Heart & Lung Reviews ( 24 )

  1. I was in tears: Who I presume was the office manager needs to find a new career – rude and mean and will bring out the worst in you, too. There are other jobs out there and she needs to find one of them.

  2. The recpetionist on the 2nd floor is extremely rude. She isnt able to explain why people are there or at least have some type of consideration of other peoples time. I was working with a client from another place and wanted to just double …

  3. What an absolutely amazing group of people so professional so friendly so able to put patients at ease. I had my introductory visit with Dr Akbar and what an amazing physician. Very attentive an excellent listener made me feel that I was …

  4. If you owe them any money best take out a loan and get it paid. They will turn you over to credit bureaus- even if your paying them. Most. People are struggling to met their payment terms and with COVID and people losing jobs, they still won’t work with you.

  5. I deliver food for a living and make my money off of tips. During the quarintine I’ve been working at least 6 days a week. Not only were the people here rude to me when I delivered their food but they tipped me $3 in change on a $130 order. …

  6. I have been trying for five months to get the up front payment back since my insurance has already paid for the visit. Twice I have been told it would be sent to me only to wait for it and then call and find out it still has not been sent. Don’t pay them up front if you are waiting for your insurance cards to get there.

  7. This was a positive experience so far. They have recently moved. Google maps doesn’t even show their driveway yet (as of 12/10/19). You can now go straight there instead of having to go thru the hospital parking lot. I went to Waheed. All …

  8. Women at front desk wouldnt even let you finish a sentance. They was very rude. I was trying to explain something for Lois Smith and they wouldnt let me finish. This makes me mad because its our money has help pay for this building. If I …

  9. At first they was great and I still think very highly of Dr.Kazimuddin. You can never get through to make an appointment. I leave messages and nobody ever calls me back. I’ve been waiting 31/2 months to be scheduled for an angiogram in the …

  10. The doctors are great. The staff is not. Phone systems seem to be beyond them, I am continually cut off when being transferred, and if you leave a message, there is no call back.

  11. I received a phone monitor box and was told to follow the instructions on the box lid on March 23. After 8 none answered clinic calls I gave up. Monitor Free. Dr Akbar is a great Doctor, the staff not so much.

  12. Office staff are rude and insensitive. Wait times are much too long. Telephone messages take way too long to be answered, if they’re answered at all. They have a portal that they should shut down, because it is not kept current and staff apparently don’t utilize it.

  13. The skills of the physicians in this office can not compare to the overwhelming incompetence and unprofessionalism of their staff. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by going somewhere else. The convenience of the location is ultimately not worth having to deal with the headache they cause

  14. If I could put 0 stars I would
This clinic provided terrible care for my mother-in-law; Mrs. Vivian Grise is the administrator- she is terrible, disrespectful, and has a racist attitude …

  15. Saw Dr. Arshad and he made me feel lesser. I don’t want to take acid reducers and he told me that if I have to have an emergency EGD then he is going to tell me “I told you so”. What doctor does that!?! I know he is educated but he knew …

  16. I saw doctor Dawson for some time. At first she did what she needed to do for me and took care of me. I had what is called a pericardial effusion and had to have a pericardial window and she told me I needed to be followed under the care of …
