  4. Customer service reps are beyond rude. They aren’t going to help you because they know you need water so they know you’ll pay whatever they say you owe to keep it on.

  9. Friendly, professional and helpful. They have a number of regulations they have to deal with to put it all together, they explained what they needed and worked with me to get everything taken care of. Christina, specifically was very helpful.
