I’ve only had one complaint and it was a major boo boo put it all worked out and I was compensated for their error. The simple fact of the matter with all the one and two star reviews can be solved if you would just pay your damn bill on time!
If I could give no stars I would. This company could careless about their customers and their family’s. During a crisis can’t even waive one late fee. Like come on. Family are struggling to pay bills and keep jobs. But here’s pennyrile still charging for late fees.
