I use to see Dr. Valdez when he was at Dr. Murillo’s office. I liked him a lot. But since Dr. Murillo retired (I’ve seen him for 37 yrs he delivered me) I’ve been trying to get in to see Dr. Valdez. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week. They say they sent it to Kroger twice but Kroger has never received their fax. As this is for pain management I am very uncomfortable. Did someone else get my medicine? I can’t get an answer from their office.

Village Medical never fails to give me excellent service. From the administrative team to all of the different care providers I have seen there, they have been very attentive to my medical needs. I won’t go anywhere else! I saw Sarah Johnson today and she was awesome! Keep up the great work!!
