  1. The doctors and nurses are amazing. The customer service isn’t. Its very difficult to get anyone on the phone, to get appointments scheduled, or anything that has to do with the administrative process.

  20. Very difficult to set appointments. You go online and provide 2 options that work for you and then hope you’re available when they call you to basically set your appointment. If you miss their call, you are dead in the water. Very frustrating for busy people.

  25. Dr. Joel Anthis has helped me solve a congestion issue that troubled me for three years. While in his care, I have received a balloon sinuplasty procedure plus some additional sinus surgical work and medications. I would recommend him for anyone.

    My 93 year old dad was treated by Dr. Wani and he helped him to get over his infection.

  33. The staff here lied to my husband about a procedure he had. It was an elective procedure and they assured him that Medicare covered it 100%. After the procedure (which didn’t work), they are now telling us we owe over $1,600.

  47. Recently my husband saw a Physician Assistant at Texas ENT for ear wax removal. The PA was knowledgeable, experienced and did an excellent job. Now my husband is scheduled for a regular visit every six months. This will keep his hearing situation under better control. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend Texas ENT.
