The doctors and nurses are amazing. The customer service isn’t. Its very difficult to get anyone on the phone, to get appointments scheduled, or anything that has to do with the administrative process.

The staff here lied to my husband about a procedure he had. It was an elective procedure and they assured him that Medicare covered it 100%. After the procedure (which didn’t work), they are now telling us we owe over $1,600.
