Employees are rude and apparently never make mistakes. Service is terrible. If you call to politely question anything, you will be rudely told what YOUR problem is.
Poor reception, music blasting at the reception counter, apparently they’re always at lunch (3 experiences) even tho there’s nothing stating the lunch hours or the fact that they won’t take you 15 to close, even for a 5 minute procedure
