My family and I have bee using the Police Federal Credit Union since 2012 and I am very happy with their customer service and member programs.
That has to be the worst service I have ever had anywhere ever been. They come to the monitor when they feel like it and then every time someone come back to the monitor they ask you again what did you need; there is no real tellers that you can see only behind a monitor.

If you can use another bank, you should. The account web interface is inconvenient, the web bill pay is clunky, the bank still uses paper release forms that have to be delivered by hand, they hold deposits for 24 hours after USAA has already credited my other accounts. I will be going back to USAA immediately.
