Not sure why there are negative reviews, this place is excellent! I work personally with Erin and she is hands down the absolute best! Nobody likes getting a loan and signing paperwork, but working with her makes the experience fun and enjoyable! Could not recommend more!

Had fraud on my account. Was told all fees would be automatically reversed….5 phone calls later, a debit from the bank instead of a credit, I finally got my money back. The branch workers are great, but the customer service is lacking.

You can’t pay your loan online without a fee. You can’t transfer money into your share account online so you can pay your loan. Everything has to be done in person or through the mail. It’s 2022. This bank is a real pain don’t bother with them. My first payment will be made with a refi check from another bank.
