Very unhappy with the customer service. You will be charged extra fees when there is no indication of any extra fees and will claim there is “nothing they can do about it” website is also not user friendly.
This place is a joke. It has outdated systems, and their bills are purposefully deceitful with multiple due dates so that they can shut off your water and charge you 75 bucks and say they can’t do anything to help, very very very unsatisfied
I have always liked this company until, they sent a letter about extensions and past dues during these uncertain times. In terrible taste, this is not the time to send pressuring/negative letters…. …
This company is ridiculous. I had a home VACANT with NO WATER USAGE for 3 months and each month they charged me $75. When I called to complain they said they charged the same amount for anything under 10000 gallons – pretty stupid, so what are the water meters for???
They essentially charged me 25 dollars for a typo on their online payment system. It is a terribly outdated and unreliable system. They need to get up to the standards of Denver water and get with the times especially since they buy from …
I checked out water bill YESTERDAY and it showed up at a balance of $0. But today… Somehow we owe $230, and they shut off our water already. Our normal bill is $76. So what’s the rest of it for! This is the third time they’ve done this to …
This company has predatory billing and shut off policies. They need external audits and investigations of their billing, shut off, fees, policies and these Shut off NOTICES are not legal. …
If I could I would give zero stars. Constant shut offs, fees, charges for zero water usage, and unprofessional employees, are just a few things I’ve seen and dealt with. My mother was in the hospital for several months with absolutely no …
They are always shutting off our water. We’ll receive a bill that says a certain amount due on a specific date , and we wait close to that date and bam, our water is shut off and are now having to pay an extra $75 fee for shut off. When no …
Terrible outdated payment systems, ridiculous fees.
