This clinic will not stop with the phone calls and text messages telling me (I need to schedule an appointment for a physical). I have called and asked to be taken off the call list twice and both times they refuse and tell me the only way to get the calls and texts to stop is by scheduling an appointment that I don’t need.
Poor social interaction and understanding.
Excellent service in every regard.
Great service every time. Friendly staff, great care.
Denied access to personal medical records without explanation. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Professional, polite, personal and precise. Time and money well spent. Highly reccommend!
My Doc is awesome and I love coming here they make u fell at home.
I’ve only been a couple of times but each time has been pleasant and the dr very attentive.
My husband and I rely on RMFP for our internal medicine needs, and we have always been highly satisfied.
Awesome staff and quality care. Love that they are not affiliated with the big health care companies that lose you in their numbers.
Always run on time. Now this sometimes means they don’t have a ton of time for questions and explanations, but I love getting to see the doc on time. Super staff.
Well organized despite being very busy. I have always received great care and recommend RMFP to friends & family.
I love this place; my kids are 4 and the doctors are all amazing with them. My husband and I love the care we receive and will always go there!
Went to this place twice….very unimpressed. I agree with the receptionists are or were rude. Wouldn’t even acknowledge you while standing there. Not impressed AT ALL with the care I received. Quickly changed doctors….
They don’t accept self pay patients. I can’t understand why any practice would prefer ins. over cash??? Receptionist was polite but very perfunctory and lacked wamth.
I’ve been a patient here for several years and am happy with the level of care I receive.
My whole family has been seeing Dr. Cooper for 20+ years and have always had great care.
Dr. Christiansen & Maria go above and beyond. I stick with these ladies even though I live out of town, because they’re the very best.
Highly recommend Rocky Mountain FP.
I’m 63 years old and have lived all over the country. Dr. Hughes is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. He takes enough time and explains everything very well.
Update 4/29/14: The last few times that I’ve called, the receptionist has been courteous and helpful. This is a great change and I don’t dread calling the office to make appointments anymore. …
Dr. Cooper and his staff are absolutely amazing.
Physicians are good, but front desk staff are horrible. Billing mistakes, appointment mix ups, lack of follow up, and getting worse over time. I’ll find another physician before I’ll go back.
Stuck with huge bill from Quest diagnostics for annual phyiscal bloodwork. How am I supposed to know the lab they use is out of network. This is why I provide my information before my visit. Very poor customer service. No accountability. Why is the cost of routine bloodwork nearing $1000?
Provides the best patient service from front desk, phlebotomy, medical assistants, to the doctors. Dr. Brian Hughes is absolutely the best doctor I’ve seen in all of my 52 years.
They are Very inconsiderate and Rude to Patients, and with the cost of insurance these days, having to constantly sit in the waiting room for most of your appt. time every appt. While every minute ticks by at $30 dollars plus, and then to …
Very Rude!!! all staff including clinic manager. No help what so ever and I will never refer anyone to this facility. The Doctors at this clinic should really consider looking into the staff and how they treat patients and fellow …
This is a great medical team and coaches here!! I already gave a great review to Dr. Mast and I’m still very happy with him and his team. I’m here today to let you know how great bith Jennifer and Allison have been coaching me thru the …
Extremely rude to overweight patients, which is disheartening when they claim to have a “weight based approach to health.” If you don’t like to support MLMs, that is exactly what they are pushing, by the way. Added to this is the fact that …
Extremely rude!! We were sent away very very inappropriately with a sick baby TWICE, these were on 2 separate occasions and I have been in on a couple other occasions only to be treated just as horribly by different staff members those …
The receptionists are extremely unprofessional. When I sat in the waiting room I could here them gossiping about another employee which was rather awkward. All of the staff in the front are so rude. Every time I walk in I stand at the desk …
I was with Rocky Mountain Family Practice for about 12 years. In that time, I received excellent medical care. I was always seen punctually, treated with respect, and everyone was nice to me. I was especially cared for by my Doctor, James …
RMFP is the best place to go. Donna the receptionist is stellar. I love that she remembers me every year and takes the time to spend a few minutes to catch up. I always opt for the first appointment of the morning so I can talk a little …
I have only been on this journey for a little over a month and I am already seeing extreme progress. I didnt think I would enjoy IP as much as I do and I am very thankful that Allison is along for the ride on this journey as well. She has …
Love this practice. Diane Smith, NP, is amazing. She is not only incredibly kind but really listens and tries to figure out the issue. Reception has always been wonderful at helping me get last minute appointments and are always so nice to my kids.
Amazing practice. Dr. Hughes is a very down to earth doctor and treats you like a human and not a number.
The doctors here could be great, I wouldn’t know! I tried becoming a patient of this doctors office, but sadly when I informed the girl working the front desk / phone that I had Gerd – a stomach disease, the woman working told me that they …
I did not work with this practice in the actual setting, rather my mother was seen by Dr. Mast’s PA Amanda while in skilled care at Accel. Our reasons for admitting my mother from home were due to a sharp decline which I suspected was …
I LOVE RMFP! We moved from Ft Collins 3 years ago and started going to RMFP simply because they accepted our insurance, and I am so glad they did! My family sees Diane Smith, CNP and she is hands down the best medical practitioner I have …
If I could give this practice 0 stars I absolutely would. The practice manager harrasses and bullies their patients regarding open balances. I was a patient at this practice for years, the last time I was seen I was no longer a minor. At …
I have received very good care from Nurse Practitioner Diane Smith. She’s very thorough and professional. I’ve never had a long wait. The staff, especially Carmen, are very kind. My husband and son are very happy with Dr. Cooper.
Rocky Mountain Family Practice is a wonderful place to go. The office staff is always nice to us and very understanding and helpful. Dr. Cooper is one of the best doctor’s I have ever come across. He actually takes the time to listen to …
If it was possible to give this place negative stars, I would. My partner went to them for a screening, was told to expect a call after the weekend on Mon or Tues with the results, or at least a conversation. …
I have been a patient at RMFP for years. I have always been overweight, I’ve known other overweight patients and never in the 8 years I’ve been going was I ever in any way, shape, form, or manner treated badly. …
I came to RMFP looking to improve my health and nutrition. It wasn’t until I worked with Alison (through RMFP health coaching program), did I realize how misinformed I had been about nutrition and diet. She’s helped me to realize the …
In my 70 years, I’ve had many doctors provide care for me. Rocky Mountain Family Practice is certainly right at the top of all my providers. Front desk people are polite and helpful, and the nurses are attentive and pay attention to …
Alison Dozar is a health coach at Rocky Mountain Family Practice and I could not be more impressed with her. I was drawn to this practice because of their belief in overall wellness, whereby they offer complimentary health coaching to …
I’ve been a patient here for 18 years, and I am very satisfied with my care. The practice now offers a “health coach,” and my experience with this has been fantastic. I lost about 25 pounds through their supportive coaching, with no drugs involved.
I’m so grateful to Diane Smith NP and Allison Dozar, the health coach here for helping me to get healthy this past year! Rather than just prescribing lifelong cholesterol drugs, they have worked with me and coached me to lose more than 30 …
I started on the program in December 2015 and weighed 225 pounds. When I started the program, not only did I have some weight to lose, I also suffered from brain fog, headaches, and lethargy. Within just a few weeks of starting Ideal …
This review is specific to the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program. The individual one-on-one coaching provided by Allison is invaluable!! The food program has worked well for me and I love the rapid weight loss it provides. I’ve never …
If I could rate negative, I would.
I went in September for a physical, I asked for a physical on the phone, I went …
Went to the practice for a routine checkup dealing with some sinus issues. Doctor was in network and approved, so I should’ve been good to go. A simple prescription for a nasal spray ended up costing me over $100 out of pocket and then the …
Very poor experience at this clinic. I was in significant pain to the point I was going mad, they told me their was blood in my urine, saw the huge bruise and amount of pain I was in, and they recommended I take Tylenol for the pain… what a joke.
The method they have set up to communicate with medical assistants is extremely frustrating. Every time I have to leave a voicemail for a medical assistant to call me back, they don’t. It doesn’t feel like my questions, concerns, or needs are important.
I’ve been going here for years. Was sad that my primary doctor left but continued to go. Nothing but problems since then. The doctors don’t spend any time with you at all. When you book an appointment, there’s no promise that it will be …
I went to Dr Cooper for a very painful rash, blisters and swelling on the rim of my lips and inside my mouth. This was the worse experience I have ever had. Took me longer to fill out the paperwork for the front desk than it did with …
We have been patients at this practice for nearly six years but unfortunately now feel it is time to move on. Years ago they were brilliant. All the doctors are lovely and knowledgeable but sadly over the past couple of years they have …
