Dangerous place! My wife had to go to the ER, the charge nurse refused her the restroom AND bed pan, very rude & unprofessional. The on call dr & other nurses were also rude. They gave her no pain meds, then when they did, she refused us to leave, she hit me on my face, & threatened the cops.
Needed help no one answered phone. No one cares.
They want $800 up front for X-rays of a foot. Absolute joke of a hospital.
This hospital is an absolute joke! Poor care, employees that have no idea what they’re doing nor do they care about he patients. This hospital should be closed or get better staff.
Very poor service took 3 hours to get a strep test and 45 minutes to get discharge papers.
E.R is slow to help they leave people in the waiting room for hours. The staff isn’t very friendly. And the willingness to help their patients is minimal it feels like.
My moms paperwork that was printed said her discharge was at 6:16 pm (18:16) and didn’t get the paperwork to sign and leave till 7:15!! No one checked on her or updated us to say waiting on this or that. Really??
Been here for an hour as my friend has a spider bite that is rapidly spreading. They are in great pain and no one has seen them yet. After asking multiple time as finally told “you’re not the sickest person here so I’ll see you when I feel like it” this place is a disgrace as a medical facility.
There needs to be a negative star option giving one star would be to assume they are worth that sadly negative five is the highest I can do. Go anywhere else if you can.
Sagewest really has a poor attitude in the way that it has there visiting policy not allowing you to let siblings of children to visit

My mom had to wait in the er for over two hours before the doctor made any decision. During his diagnosis, all he could do was say thing that made my moms anxiety worsen. No compassion or understanding.

Dropped in yesterday for a Direct Access blood test and had a great experience from the front desk to billing to Justine the Vampire (phlebotomist) who painlessly hit the vein, filled the vial and got me on my way in record time. No bruise this morning either!
Mother has been admitted 3 times this month and inspite of my emergency contact information and mother’s phone was missing I still didn’t get a call. If I had not called a ride in from lander I would not have even known she was life …
Emergency room was busy when we came but as a patient you would never know it. The doctor and nurses were excellent in both their knowledge and care. Wife and I are both registered nurses. Thank you for all you’ve done.
I was impressed with all staff members at Sage West in Lander. From when I walked into the door until my departure, everyone was friendly, informative and professional. I want to also give a special shout-out to Dr Lowham and Rosario (I can’t remember her last name) for their extra special bedside manner.
Lady at the medical records was completely disrespectful does not care about her job. Irresponsible for a hospital to have someone like her working for them .
I went in to this clinic a year ago because I was having serious gastrointestinal issues and the physician I saw was straight up abusive. If I had been at all well I would have reported him to the licensing board.
Riverton Sage West hospital is the worst place for any medical need. I understand many places are short staffed but I honestly think there is a management problem or just a complete lack of effort here. Every time there has been a complaint their staff has treated their patients even worse the next time they visited them. Do better.
