Parker Water & Sanitation District Reviews ( 17 )

  1. Still sitting here with no water. Call customer service and they say “everything looks right”. You can’t make this up. No water going on 24 hours. Horrible

  2. The water is brown, yet they insist it is safe to drink.
The population in Parker is exploding, so I don’t know how a rinky-dink operation like this is going to handle things.
Water bill + bottled water. Ugh!

  3. If you use zero water a month your bill is still $65. The fees associated with your account are more more than the fee for actual water use. The price is about twice the price of Denver water. Also, the water comes out brown every once in a while similar to older houses using cast iron pipes.

  4. Overpriced and poorly ran, very rude staff who if you cannot meet their maintenance crews within their 8AM-3:15PM hours will threaten you that they will stop your water, Karrie (sp?) was the customer service agent who was rude, her …

  5. Online bill pay has been easy to use, bills have been straight forward and consistent. We’ve been Parker Water customers for over 5 years now from Denver and have no complaints. Thank you for our water.

  6. The most expensive water company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I have had consecutive bills over $800 with only 2 people living in my household. There’s something not right happening behind the scenes at PWSD and there’s little to no oversight for their activities.

  7. This is the most expensive water I’ve paid for in my life, not to mention the water is frequently brown! It’s easily twice as much as other Denver metro areas.

  8. I feel as if something illegal is going on with Parker water as our billing is extremely expensive and it fluctuates considerably and it does not make sense. Water in Parker is more than triple as expensive than Denver. Our November to …

  9. Tijuana water quality. Water comes out brown consistently. When I installed a water filter to have drinkable water, they contacted my landlord to tell them that they believe I have caused damage to the house via a leaking faucet. Water bill …

  10. Most expensive water of any of the 4 states I’ve lived in. The Pinery is just 4 or 5 miles south of us and has it’s own inexpensive water. We can’t even look forward to becoming snowbirds in retirement because our water bill would be over $80 without using any! So much for encouraging conservation.

  11. I called a few weeks ago regarding water that was discolored and was told someone would call me back. I have not received a return call. Now, the water is bubbly and comes out of the faucet foggy. I will be calling the office again but …

  12. Zero stars are not possible, or… Just got off the phone with this idiotic “company” (utility monopoly). I was lucky enough to leave Parker, and of course I paid my bill. The closing company paid them again (I get that – not the issue). …
