My wife needed a MRI with contrast. Everything was normal until the time to put the contrast solution in her blood stream. The person who did that part was unable to reach a vein after several attempts, at the end that person caused a huge bruise on her right arm that covers more than 8 square inches.
I was sent over to get a CT scan due to possible appendicitis. Never sent the results to my doctor ( the radiologist left earlier they said) called multiple times, left on hold for an eternity
Expect to be here all day. Because of covid, non patients are not allowed in. Stay away from all of the medical staff smokers who huddle on the second floor balcony above the entrance.
This places is a joke. I scheduled an appointment, and the machine was broken. I rescheduled my appointment, and I had to wait 2 hours to be attended. Hope never come back here. If you are reading this, go somewhere else.
Please, check the real cost few times with this facility before they provide the services. I paid $190.00 based on the customer service information after they checked with my insurance company. And now I am in receipt of a bill for additional $60.00. Nobody was able to provide me with the reasons for the additional premium.
