Lacks modern systems, would highly recommend any other bank.
The customer service is horrible. Every time I called and needed help or assistance I had to be on hold for 30 minutes on average and then the assistant on the phone could never help me out!

Stuff are good, but they are too slow, I had to spent 40 min to make my debit car. But they offer coffee, tea and other drinks which shows good service
They are quick to turn you into collections without notice. They don’t even ask what’s going on or anything. Very very frustrated. Nobody calls back either.
