I suffered from a bad ear infection during the weekend and called first thing on the morning after. I was told I would get a call back when I could be seen. Not only was the call back done in a timely fashion I also got in to see the PA ā¦
I have been going to Peoria Ear Nose and Throat for 15 years with my daughter who lost hearing. Since they moved the audiologist area into the new hearing facility quality of care has DRAMATICALLY been reduced. Just left the office and they are REFUSING to adjust the hearing aid in order to comfortably fit into my daughter’s ear.
Age related declining hearing and being dependent upon hearing aids is not my idea of aging gracefully. Unfortunately, these are facts I know I must face.

Doctor has been great . The staff is lacking people skills and urgency . I spoke with Bonnie who didn’t take my 4 year old case seriously. i will no longer take my child to this practice because of her and her terrible attitude . By reading other reviews it looks like they need to teach the staff urgency, compassion and empathy .

Took my son there to see about getting his nose cauterized because of regular nose bleeds. Took him in for a consultation and the doctor looked in his nose with a scope and said they couldn’t do it. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes ā¦
He ask why i was there. Told him and he had to work at it awhile since both ears were plugged. Also told me about using baby oil. I also mentioned for the last number of years they weren’t really cleaning out my ears. I have another apt in 6 months

Receptionist very nice, waited on me as soon as I came in. April did all my scheduling for my upcoming surgery very quickly. Dr Johnsonās nurse with curly blonde hair was so nice. And Dr Johnson was so informative and explained things very well. He was very gentle with the procedure he did in the office. It was not uncomfortable at all.

Dr. Patel was very good. The office staff was efficient. However, this office is not wheelchair friendly at all. I took my 21 year old disabled son and everywhere I turned, my son and his wheelchair were in someone way. The check-in ā¦
Got a last-minute appointment for an immediate need with my hearing aid, then Mona fixed my problem in the office in 5 minutes. Great!!!
Besdies a scheduling issue at first, everyone here seems To be super nice, caring, and very friendly. Was a very pleasant visit and won’t mind doing back for follow ups at all. Dr Richard is great to work with.
If you have time to spare, this is the place. 8:30 appointment and still waiting for the doctor 45 mnutes later. i make early appointments so i donāt miss work. so unprofessional with no communication from anyone
The excellent experience began when I met the receptionist to visiting with Michael. Mike was a very knowledgeable young man who answered my questions and concerns about my Starkey hearing aids. He was very pleasant during our time with him. Thank you for an enjoyable learning opportunity.

Dr. Johnson was initially very nice to work with, but his office staff and his follow up is terrible. My son needed a sleep study, I had to call ENT to see if there was an appointment, they said yes, do I called the sleep lab, and they did ā¦
I saw Jamie Jelinek, PA. She was thorough, and knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns. She helped come up with a detailed treatment plan. I felt very comfortable in her care.
This was the second visit to this ENT group. The first time I had a appt with Dr Klemens. This visit I had a visit with Richard Miller , PA-C. I trust both of these providers 100 percent. If your looking for a ENT group, I would highly recommend them .Great people.

I give the doctor a 5. She was excellent and gave my husband the help he needed. I gave this a 1 star because the BILLING DEPARTMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. You always have to leave a message. The voice message always says they will get back to you in 24hrs. I’m past 24 hrs and still waiting for a call back!

Everyone was very pleasant . Had no problem scheduling my appointment and tell would tell others about my experience.
I had a moderately difficult diagnosis- two separate, unrelated problems, both causing pain in the same area. The staff caught this, prescribed accordingly, and things improved within 12 hours. Hats off to Rich Miller and the staff at Peoria ENT

I had a great experience. Was able to schedule my appt fairly easily. Registration was easy. Rich Miller was great- I’ve seen RIch b/4, he’s always very professional and thorough. His calm demeanor was very reassuring. He explains everything really well. Have always been very pleased with my care at Peoria ENT.
Dr Sam is very thorough and patient. She explains everything so you understand. Recently purchased a phoƱtak hearing aid and I’m very very happy and satisfied with everything. Staff is friendly and smiling every time I goin. Thank you all for being so professional.
Jamie Jelinek was WONDERFUL! She was very patient, sweet, knowledgeable. LOVED her! Would highly recommend her & hope to see her again if needed. She referred us to someone different (within Peoria ENT) as my husbandās needs may require additional surgery, but we would not hesitate to book an appointment with her again.
Have been going there for years and always given great service. Found out that hearing aids are only as good as the person setting them up.

Samantha really takes the time to listen to the issues I am having with my hearing aids and always makes the appropriate adjustments. I am new to hearing aids and it takes a lot of adjusting to get them just right but the process is going smoothly and stress free thanks to Samantha.
Mr. Rooney is a people-person, so, consequently we are not intimidated in asking fundamental questions that some folks may consider something every person should know that. Not everyone does know everything! We feel comfortable with Mr. ā¦
