Pretty exorbitant prices for minimal service. Yard waste pickup is an extra expense, and not even available in many areas. Called customer support twice about an issue and was transferred to an answering machine twice without explanation.
claimed my can was too heavy, then called and they said a work order was put in but still they didnt take all the trash. Claimed there was overweight sticker on trash can, there wasnt. Then jacked up cost with under the line “fuel surcharge” of almost 11%. NEWS FLASH-Fuel is part of the cost of doing business.

HELLO we just had trash pickup but why can’t they put the trashcans back with the lids on them I was home and was watching. He set 2 of them back and just thrown the other one in the driveway. I have a picture of it but you don’t have any thing so the costumes can show you.

Quite a few times these yahoos have failed to show up on their scheduled time…. No phone call…. No explanation whatsoever…. If I could give them – 100 stars… I would….. Time to bring in a competing company !!!!
The customer service with this company is the worst that I have ever had with a trash service! Good luck getting a call back from anyone if you need any kind of assistance! Also good luck getting them to pick up your trash when they should! Worst trash company!!!
Poor service doesn’t pick up trash if they have calls. Very hard to contact company in the Hannibal area. Increased charge added a gas tax . If they do not pick up will not adjust charges.
