This credit union on the campus is not the right address. The person at the desk was rude and couldn’t do any other transactions

They never answer the phone and there new app always have issues. I am not able to log on to my app. There old app was better, more efficient, and it worked.
Never could get a loan from this union and I have been here for 25 years. Who figures, I still bought two new cars no thanks to credit union.
Great customer service I called with an issue and they were able to resolve it in no time. I’ve been banking with them for a while now and never had any problems.. keep it up guys

I would really like to thank Dyral for all of the help he gave me trying to change my online password. I was caught in a loop of frustration. He was so patient, friendly and kind. We even laughed together. He is one special young man.

Excellent service, had to go there yesterday as my credit union does not have a local branch. I needed to withdraw money from my account and all they asked me for was my member number and photo identification
I don’t know why but anything i try doing through UCU never goes smooth.. I really needed to get a hold of someone at the branch and I called around 4:30ish because the hours online said the branch was open today until 5… I was on hold for over 30 min and never got to speak with anyone.
They provide good upfront service and are open on Saturdays. However, they cannot withdraw money from your original bank that’s co-oped with University CU on Saturday due to lack of a ‘branch link’ to your original bank.
