I asked for help cancelling my monthly pass since I recently lost my job and haven’t used the parking garage in over a month. They day after they emailed me saying it was cancelled they promptly charged me for the month anyways. Thank you so much for helping out during a stressful time.
Sp plus billed me for a second MONTH of parking I did not agree to. It was incredibly hard to reach them and there was no way to tell I was being charged until it was too late. What a terrible experience. Just barely better than getting towed.
