I have been to this hospital probably a dozen times between ER visits for scratched corneas to broken collar bones and regular visits and physical therapy and the services and people providing them have always exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely terrible service! There is a woman in here who’s sugar is extremely low and getting sick. Then I’m in here with my friend who is in an extreme amount of pain and the whole time they are more concerned about their printer that isn’t printing perfectly!
Management and billing is extremely unprofessional and shady. There are better run places for medical treatment nearby. It’s also expensive for what it is. I would not reccomend this place to a loved one or friend.

I have been to the ER and I use their primary care for my family’s regular visits. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My son had an inch or two long splinter deep under his skin and the doctor was so good with him, he didn’t even shed a tear.
Fast no waiting for ED services. Small but efficient! Received great care at 2am on a Sunday morning. Board Certified ED Doctor present. RN’s, and support staff were courteous and friendly. I hope I don’t need to go again, but good to know the hospital is there and competent.
Visited the urgent Care. The staff was friendly and they got me in and out very quickly.
Horrible. My fiancé got put on a wait list only supposed to wait 3 weeks it’s been 6. She told them she needs immediate therapy and she’s still sitting here without any form of it. Sorry excuse for a hospital and the receptionist is rude and offers almost no help.

I went in, I’m currently pregnant and couldn’t keep fluids down and had a fever. They had me waiting for over an hour and a half. People who came in after me all got seen before I did. I asked how much longer and they told me they couldn’t tell me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was brought in to ER by ambulance…was left in soaked clothes the whole time. Left in the waiting room unsupervised for an hour before my ride arrived while I was still quite dehydrated and barely awake. Nurses and other staff were nice but I believe my treatment was mishandled because of how I was presented to the ER.

There was a clerk by the name of Colleen who was AMAZING! My daughter’s friend came camping with us and sliced her hand while they were swimming. All staff were great but Colleen went above and beyond to make my girls trip to the ER as best as it could be. I cannot thank her enough!!
My sister came to River Hospital July 14. The staff and meals have been fantastic. Rehab didn’t go quite as planned but it wasn’t lack of trying. I want to thank all the staff for a great job. She is doing well now.
