Aploks has been very discraminatory towards Disabled people and often hangs up when calling with urgent needs. Very disrespectful towards others, i highly recomend finding alternative place for your medical needs. Dr. Podzimek would be yourr best bet when it comes to a ENT.

Usually pretty quick. Doctors & NP’s are usually friendly & professional. Nurses seem a bit on the cold side for bedside manner. I understand it’s urgent Care however especially when treating a sick child a smile goes a long way.
