Billing us for procedures that were not performed. Will be filing a complaint with the state board as they refuse to correct this an are “confident in our billing department”
Their billing department is a disaster. Billed me for the same charge twice without checking, then told me it was my responsibility to cancel my recurring payment with them, which I never set up in the first place.
I called them twice to sort out a payment issue. I have 100% coverage insurance for my family and they sent my wife a $25 bill. Told them to send it to my insurance company twice. They didn’t and it got sent to collections.
I sent in a check for a bill 3 months ago, and thought I was done. They didn’t notify me at all that the deadline was hit without them processing my check until I got a letter from a debt collection agency this week. Now my credit score is in the toilet because of a $15 bill.
Doctor’s here are great. Billing department and policies in regards to this are ridiculous. My account went into collections after a month. They “say” the sent me two bills via mail and a phone call. I got none of them. My cell phone hasn’t …
