Very disappointed with a full knee replacement that my wife had. She has had nothing but problems since the surgery and all Dr. Hupfer could tell her on her 1year anniversary of the surgery is that there’s nothing more he can do for her.

I came in for a fractured foot. Received one x-ray and the doctor told me to come in four weeks because it was too early to tell. I got billed for a waste of time essentially. This place is a joke.
How am I supposed to receive guidance regarding my concern & know for sure if we need to go to Urgent Care if I call & all I get is a Westfield voicemail ( which is not even the location I called to begin with)

The nurses and staff have been exceptional in my treatment! No room for improvement in the care they have provided me. Even the food is surprisingly good.
By far the rudest receptionist ever! Been here many times but will not be returning. It appears that she doesn’t like her job or people. We were the only ones there upon arrival so being busy isn’t an excuse. Rude and unprofessional. I have now watched her check in three others and she has the same attitude with them.
