Great experience, from limping in with a foot injury to diagnosis of a fracture. The staff was warm, friendly and professional. The attending doctor took the time to explain the nature of my injury. And the x-ray technician also was engaging. Highly recommend this site for urgent care.
The primary care never picks up the phone. I kept dialing for 15 days everyday for 1 hour leaving voicemail but no one care to return my call. It is no a issue with short staffing, it is the front desk who don’t want to do their job. Fire the whole front desk and have someone who want todo some work instead of paining their nails.
