The care was good but once the tube was taken out of my nose I was pretty much on my own. My biggest complaint was no one coming to reset the IV when it would start beeping. It is annoying to me and has to be for other patients.

The staff worked me in, the NP was excellent, efficient and friendly.
Everything went fine except I got there at 5am and did not get discharged until 9 pm. Were told at 4 I was ready to be discharged as soon as paperwork done

Went to emergency room with extreme heartburn. Nurses Doctor and staff did everything to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
The Indian doctor refused to do anything to help me and was so rude. Lazy. He said give it a few days and if you’re still in pain come back. Why would I come back if you didn’t want to help me the first time. I could have done this myself. Waist of money.

I recently underwent a complete GI scoping at the Waverly surgical center—a procedure for which I foolishly had neglected to arrange a ride home. The superbly conscientious Waverly surgical staff dispatched one of their own—nurse Chris, thank you—to drive me home in her personal vehicle.

My husband and I preferred place out of anywhere we’ve been to before is the Waverly health center. We always go to Rolph memorial Daniel Darnold is our primary and he is amazing! I’m preemptively rating a 1 star before I have to go to this location for a spare ostomy bag. I have been to this location three other times for ostomy bags whenever I have ran out. Each time, I have been dealt with extremely rudely, to the point where I’d rather stay at home with no bag on rather than go seek help.

Came to the ER with my father, who was having difficulty breathing. With the exception of one nurse, no one was friendly or good at communicating. I find it hard to believe there were no beds available for an 82 year old man to stay overnight and be observed and kept comfortable.
