  5. I actually love this place the people are super nice, knowledgeable and friendly.They are the reason I keep going back. My only real complaint is their hours on google are often wrong. They don’t update for special hours or training days, weird for a bank. Also the security guard is alway unbelievably rude.

  11. Bad customer service, they asked me to re-count my own cash to verify the amount, isn’t that your job? Everyone always has a bad attitude especially with shared branch members. I walked in and they asked me to go back outside to wait for 5 minutes even though no one was in line.
