I called to report an issue with my water-it was dripping!!! Although, I am sure she had received many calls about the water problem; she was pleasant and informed me of the issues. Very pleased with the service!
Very hard to deal with these people. I haven’t figured it out yet, but their billing process is rigged. Don’t try to get anything fixed either. It’s never “their” problem even though the water around here goes out all the damn time.
I have enjoyed working for Russell County Water Authority for the past 8 years. Bobbi Nixon and her team do an outstanding job of handling all the day to day demands of customer service.
While their service isn’t sub standard, I find it hard to believe that a modern utility company charges a $2 convenience fee for paying online or over the phone…The same goes for the Russell County Sanitation right down the street.
The manager(Annette) and the General manager (rusty) are two of the rudest people that I’ve ever met in my 30+ years of living! Makes you hate the fact that you are forced to get water from this place ! Annette gets on the phone with an attitude and rusty follows up the same way !
