The staff is always friendly and very professional.
I adjusted my previous review. The staff is very friendly, and I don’t blame them for the issue I had. I just wish there had been a way to resolve it without having to bear the cost of use not of my own making.
Horribly outdated interface. We constantly receive bills on the day that they’re due. No online service means we have to catch them while they’re still open on that same day. They’re clearly taking advantage of being the only water supplier in the area.
