It’s a real inconvenience when the nextgen server is always down and when you call to speak with someone they tell you the system is up and transfer you to someone who is over the nextgen, they say it’s still down. SO THEY NEED TO FIGHURE IT OUT BECAUSE ITS BEEN DOWN OVER A WEEK NOW

I will be closing my account and going to another bank Four seasons is awful & why is there 2 locations in opelika & none in auburn i have to travel far just to visit my own bank. Do better four seasons

In the 17yrs I’ve been a member I’ve never experienced a bad moment until today.They wouldn’t except my wife’s payment from her at drive-thru for her vehicle and the loan officer I feel doesn’t take her job serious . Monique was so much better
