Horrible customer service on Aug 6th at 3:31pm I called the office to get an extension the lady said it was approved and I should get an email confirming my extension….called on Aug 9th and magically no one put a note on the account of me even calling in the office, spoke to manager who was no help either
It is difficult to do business y phone or at ATM the lobby should be able to reopen no one has any idea when you will reopen I may need to change banks

I love this bank, majority of the staff are beyond friendly and welcome you every visit. They definitely stand apart vs. banking with a bank where you’re just a number.
I’ve been a member for 17yrs and have never been treated as badly as I was by customer service. They also wanted me to contact a personal # and give out my information. Beware when dealing with these people.
Can do a better job with communication. Filled out a loan application, missed one phone call so I emailed back and answered all questions asked. There was no response that day after 1pm. I emailed back Monday afternoon, and even then the communication was short.
Adding staff and changing leadership has made a great difference in doing business at the credit union. It is changing back to caring for the members instead of the leadership.
I have tried calling for 2 days and followed all the automated voice commands and still cant get through to an actual person to pay my bill. They tried drafting out of my bank account and I had no funds at the time so my online account got suspended and I have no way of paying my loan without speaking to a real person!!!
I’m a 30 year member and I’m very disappointed with them now. To many problems to name them all but I went in to the main office in Winston the other day and got a nice lady to help me load the app on my phone and it is so good and easy to use I guess I will stick with them.
Member for a while. Never fails that you spend way too much time waiting for a teller anytime of day or week. Three tellers today and two working with members about vehicle titles. IMO, that should be handled by back office personnel and not at a teller counter.
I always enjoy walking into their new location in Winston Salem. Last week I ran into the CEO, Judy, in the lobby; and she was so nice and such a down-to-earth person. Some banks can be stuffy and cold, but I enjoy going to cash a check, making a deposit or just having some ‘me-time’ in the lounge (or whatever it is they call it).
