The wait is HORRIBLE. An appointment time is only for record purposes. You wait over an hour in the front and then another in a room and the Dr visit is about 10 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!
Whoever schedules appointments here needs to step their game up. Been sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting to be seen and this is more common than not over here
This place misdiagnosed my nephew twice, they rush patience in and out the door like a cheap urgent care clinic. Hand foot and mouth is serious and my nephew suffered because of this

Waited 3 hrs on a walk in, my daughter has fluid behind her ear, an can’t hear, Dr gave her robatussin an Flonase, which is not covered by ins. So yea skip this place
We arrived as walk ins. Everyone was curtious . We were seen by the doctor with minimal waiting. Very pleasant experience. I plan to return in the future.
The Broussard location receptionist are so rude and ghetto. If you don’t want to be a receptionist pick another job. Nobody is forcing you to do it. It’s not hard to do your job & speak professional over the telephone without attitude and hanging up on sick patients.
Wait is about 2 hours and the waiting room stinks. The nurses behind the desk are constantly spraying Lysol on their desk but all the patiences sitting around us were also complaining about the smell. I walked in with a cough and left with a headache and a cough.
Dr. Sayed has been with us through thick and thin. She is kind and explains what is happening. From getting sports physicals to treating the flu, she and the staff have come through.

My son has primarily seen Dr. Atwi & Dr. Huydavi and I have always been exceedingly pleased with the care my son had received. I would highly recommend this children’s clinic.
If I could give it less than that I would. My grandchildren needed rocephin injections for serious ear infections. We have literally been here for 3 hours. Their appointment was at 1 p.m. they still haven’t been given their shots. DO NOT DO IT!!
Dr. Papp is a wonderful doctor. He always speaks to my daughter in a very respectful manner and listens attentively to what she has to say.
Hand washing being critical in preventing the spread of infection…used two different restrooms while there (was a long wait despite having an appt) with other Sick children, NEITHER HAD SOAP OR SANITIZER….NOT good! Otherwise, no complaints of service.
Dr. Atwi is an amazing doctor. He addresses all your questions and concerns. My daughter doesn’t like most people but is comfortable with him.

I’m extremely appreciative for Dr. Atwi he is absolutely the best! My baby has been dealing with allergies and eczema she was one and he’s turned it all around yes it has its moments but he makes it less default!

I absolutely love Dr. Papp at the Broussard location. He has been my daughters pediatrician for 11 years and today he saw our new baby. The clinic is great I never have to wait for longer than a few hours for an appointment and usually we aren’t there very long.
