  26. Every time it rains last 3 or 4 times the power goes out. I called their reply was tree branches on lines, someone hit a pole and transformer went out. I asked if transformers were maintenanced I was told That they ride and look. Well apparently they are not looking up!!! Not a happy customer.

  28. Service is remarkable. A thunderstorm came thru an early Sunday morning and broke my power pole at my box. Slemco sent a service man out free of charge on Sunday to disconnect the main service line so we could replace the broken pole. He returned later that day to reattach the line. Their service is great.
