There billing department is rude is disrespectful and makes you feel stupid they are not understanding and will tell you we called you it is not our responsibility to look to see if you have other insurance that’s your responsibility just totally rude I will not go to pacific eye care again
As a recent surgical patient, I recommend Pacific Eye Care with confidence and enthusiasm. Dr. Lin and his staff are excellent and the medical care offered is superb.
The front desk is rude and unprofessional
They will not return phone calls. I had to go there in person to find out when my next appointment was scheduled for.
Watched my 92 year old grandmother be treated like a complete fool by the receptionists, they wouldn’t let her make an appointment until next year. All she wanted was a check up for her eyes. Which she was willing to pay for. Shame on you.
This was a great place to go, first eye appointment ever. Well, I need glasses to read. They hooked me up and now I can read, without having the book three feet away. The Doctor was awesome. I am going back soon to get another pair.
I have always received excellent care from the professional staff and support staff at Pacific EyeCare, over the course of over 25 years. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking excellent eye care from outstanding professionals.

Love Dr. Hendricks but hard to get a hold of someone to make an appointment even with leaving a message for a call back. I had to call billing department just to get someone to answer and reach the front desk.
Shout out to John. I showed up with my son whose glasses were broken beyond repair. We originally got the glasses in Seattle and they weren’t available on-hand anywhere close by. John found the only frame small enough and correct shape to …
