From 12 o’clock to 1 o’clock the office is out to lunch, you have to talk to an answering service and they can’t help you.
They do not value your health, they just want your money.

I did not get past making an appointment. I tried calling several times and was put on hold. The next day I did finally get through and the person making the appointment was rude and confrontational when asking questions about their scheduling policy. I could not even consider them after that. Sad news for sure.

This place is shady business. I went there, talked with their doctor. name Nassant. I have been following up the entire month, and nobody bothers to call me back. Everytime I called, they said he is with a patient, and am I not his patient? I think it’s time to file a complaint to the Texas Medical Board.
Paul Reinhardt treated me every six months for decades. He often had to freeze areas and take biopsies at times. His replacement is his total opposite,so I saw Dr. Davis who is very thorough,kind,and did biopsies and froze several areas.
