When I tried to make an appointment for my daughter, I was told by two different people that I needed to go to their walk-in clinic to get her established as a patient. When we got there, we were refused service and told we should have made an appointment. I took a day off work for nothing and my daughter is STILL in pain.
I had a very pleasant visit with Theresa Wallace PC. She is the best! On time, very knowledgeable and explained my condition and treatment plan thoroughly and professionally. I would not hesitate to see her in the future. Accolades to the clinic staff as well!
