Haven’t had power since Sunday
Great service got power on within 8 hours.
If we just get a little bit of wind and rain we lose power for a whole a day, I wish we had other options other than this stupid and lazy company.
Poor maintenance updates which causes too many tree outages giving 3+ days of no power.
Was told it would take until monday to get power back on , south of Wellborn.
They are nice people but I sure would like my power on.
They never answer the phone It doesn’t matter what time I try to call they will not answer.
I keep calling and calling. Keep getting put on hold each time and after finally waiting and it starts to ring I keep getting hung up on every freaking time. WTF???
Service is horrible. Been without power since very early Friday morning. All I can get when I call is stupid recording. Very pissed off.
Cannot get through to a service rep to report outage, phone busy all day. FInally got a recording that said Monday. Too long!

They are taking there own time at getting power back on for customers in Lafayette country.

I see Svec trucks everyday. Cutting limbs off the power line. Getting ready for the next storm. So thankful for them.
We are rural and because of that, our power goes out alot, critters, trees falling, etc. I can’t even tell you how grateful we are for the quick response times restoring our power!!! Thanks for getting out there and getting it done!!!!

The worst , Why can’t we have other electric companies to select from , this is not fair , the lines need to be replaced not patched , where is the money going ?? Well if it appears that it’s going to rain the power goes out. It sucks but it is what it is. They need to clean the trees away from the lines badly. Update…. They have cleaned the power lines and the service is much better now.
As a contractor in the area I find this office very efficient, Mr. Taylor and the staff are highly knowledgeable and they were also very understandable with the situation of the project, where very prompt with inspections as things moved fast on my projects to get the house completed in a timely manner.

Good company. They work hard during storms and they get power back on in reasonable time. During 2016 hurricane season they did a great job and brought in a lot of out of state help.
