Physical therapy personnel is great but administrative staff is poorly managed; I encountered a tremendous delay on their response to forward referrals and complete forms and will stall when confronted.

Been almost a month and I STILL haven’t gotten the results of my MRI from them. Went there for a 3:30 appointment and was there almost THREE HOURS. Didn’t get called in until an hour and a half after my appointment should have been. Ridiculous!
