  12. Absolutely USELESS! They website is useless, it might be 15 years old. It is only updated once a week. Zero and I mean ZERO customer service. The State of Rhode Island should be ashamed of themselves!

  21. Biggest bunch of jerk offs I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. They put a hold on me at the DMV so I couldn’t register my truck or renew my license for not filing a return even though I was on Active Duty, overseas, and not even a resident of RI. A shining example of how poorly this state is run.

  26. Receive a letter offering amnesty. Amnesty from what! No details. Make appt. and arrive promptly. Waiting 40 minutes watching the waiting room clear out. Receptionist says she’s sorry. Will call supervisor. After twice calling ‘supervisor’ I still wait.
