Low quality water smells and tastes bad. Smells very bad like chlorine.
Water supplied is brown most of the time and sometimes, like when your showering, the water turns black! Over 300 ppm TDS smells like pool water, taste like chlorine. I would never cook with this water. It is bad enough I have to shower in it.
