So far not on my good list. I’ve been calling to make my son an appointment for 5 hours and nobody answers the friggin phone. Kinda pissed right now.
I was told to go by my heart Dr it was only across the street they said machine was broke when I arrived but should be fixed in couple days I returned but still broke. A week later I called to make sure it was fixed the phone person said yes so I drove across town and when I arrived it was broke still!!
Went for the first time this morning. Got in by appointment time, hardly a wait after filling out paperwork. All the staff is friendly too! Very impressed.
I have been going here for mammograms for 4 years now. When I had an issue they made sure ot rush me in and have the doctor give me results and put me at ease. The staff is ALWAYS professional and kind and compassionate.
