They do great work. Used them at my house & my grandparents’ house for pest control.
Really rude guy answering the phone. Got defensive when asked about their security measures for keeping customer credit cards on file. Was rude then hung up on me…
They are great at pest control, but scheduling is based on what’s convenient for them, not you, so plan to miss work for follow up appointments etc…

I have used SHS for many years with no problems at all. The company has been sold and it is not what it use to be. I have been doubled billed and cannot get any satisfaction after two months to get my credit. Very disappointed.
