Having been a patient of Dr Kramper for almost 40 years I was surprised I was billed $200 for a medicare checkup that was done too early. Had I been informed this was the case I never would have set it up. The checkup itself took less that 15 minutes with nothing to report. Am very disappointed. Pat Hoss
