They tell you one thing and do another. Answer the phone based off of your phone #. It’s a credit union, I chose them expecting different treatment than a bank.

Try to open an bank account for my 2 year old daughter. Bank officer was not very knokwledgeable and have to inquire with the branch manager twice before proceeding. The info provided by the Bank officer is different compared to info provided over the phone.
Holy cow if it is not one thing it is another. We have a camper loan through them and every time I have to call them I have to plan on at least 2 hours on HOLD! They NEVER return calls and you have to call them back! I CANNOT wait to refinance our loan to someone else!! DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service!
When I call a credit union I expect to talk to someone at the union not hear on every call that they have a high call volume and get put on hold to then be switched to a call center. The credit union takes forever to answer your questions on loans and you get the run around.
Website needs alot of work. I have never had so much trouble with an account being locked up when I provided the correct informtion. Need to get with the program and do a code verification via phone. We would like to pay our bills instead of having to call! Drive through service is Fast and Friendly, no issues there.
