Internet went out at 9:00 pm last night. Called service Dept twice today. Each time told I had to wait my turn on the “call” list. 6:30 pm today, no call yet.

The guys that came out did a great job. I highly recommend the installers. They were very friendly and did a great job to educate me on their products. The office staff did a great job to educate me on their services that they provide.
It cost me over 150 for what cox and AT&T offer at a 3rd the price. If you can help it, seek service elsewhere unless you’ve got plenty of money to waste.
