One of the last independent banks in the area. This is hometown banking at it’s customer service best. They know you by name and are happy to see you, even when you are asking for money.
One of the best banks in Oklahoma! All personnel I have dealt with are always so very friendly, helpful and have gone above and beyond to provide service.
I wanted to start banking here again, but they ask you to say your account number out loud over the intercom at the branch on 33 (not sure about the one on main). I find that highly inappropriate. Other than that, the people are real nice and do a great job.
Have a recent/ongoing situation with this bank where due to the staff, either purposely or carelessly choosing not to explain how a guardianship works on a joint account, resulted in being locked out of an account meant to pay the funeral …
