This place is so amazing. Every nurse was so nice and attentive to my mom and my needs while we were there the last 24 hours. The food they have catered in also is so good!
Love the place, people and care. My doctor, Dr. Marks, is the best pain management doctor I have ever had. The people are amazing there… They really know how to comfort you in any situation.
I have a problem with my bill that has not been corrected. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy in June 2010. When the appointment was being confirmed I confirmed that the billing was for a preventative procedure. Since they could not confirm …
Not a very good experience for my wife. There was a nurse on the night shift who would not give me wife the medications prescribed by her doctor and my wife lay in pain all night. Gluten free, autoimmune kind of diets, like my wife needs, were not well accommodated. I had to bring her food from our kitchen.
Very difficult staff to work with post surgery: I was lied to and patronized. I was told I couldn’t see my child because it was a HIPPA violation!?! Then attending nurse — the HIPPA guy – started explaining the post-op for the WRONG surgery until we corrected him.
I recently had a colonoscopy done at this facility and in the beginning I would have rated my experience very high but the day after the procedure I experienced intensed burning sensation that it was painful for me to sit and that I had a …
I have had two surgeries in the last six weeks. The care and friendliness of all participants was noted and appreciated. Even a card was sent after each surgery with everyone’s signature who assisted. Thank you all!

I’ve had a couple of colonoscopies there and the staff have been very professional and friendly. I feel fortunate that we have a facility of this kind in our city. Their care is top-notch!

Skilled surgeon; however the office staff were not wearing their masks properly when I checked my husband in for his surgery. They had their masks pulled down below their nose and/or chin. I expect higher standards from a medical facility during these times.

They have the best staff that a patient having surgery can ask for. Starting from the operating room to the overnight stay. The nurses went above and beyond to take care of me. I wanted to stay and extra day!
I had surgery here on 8/29/17. I just wanted to report that I had excellent care. Olga and Gary were my 2 nurses and they were fantastic. If I had to buzz they answered within a minute. Facility was very clean, food was good and from time of check in to check out everyone was top notch. Highly recommend this facility.

Had spinal surgery there Dec. 1. Great nursing staff. My first night was a little rough, but two nursing staff stayed with me all night and restored my calm and comfort and all was downhill after that. I’ve also had surgery at Westlake. They are also good, but right now NW is No. 1 in my books.
I went here for a trigger finger operation. I was extremely impressed by the quality of care that I received. Everyone I contacted seemed very competent and caring, which is rare. Go here if you need an operation. Highly recommended.
After having a bad surgical experience at Seton Main, I was hesitant about any surgery. But the staff at Northwest Hills Surgical Hospital were amazing! Everyone from the intake nurse to the recovery nurse were amazing! I’ve never …

Agree with previous posts…difficult staff to work with and surly receptionist.
Very difficult staff to work with leading up to surgery.
This place left me on hold yesterday for 40 minutes and I still never got through. Now I am currently on hold again and still not getting through.
The doctors and staff were wonderful. Just too long of a stay.
Dr Mansour is a prodigy at what she does and if she is your Dr. consider yourself lucky.
5 stars isn’t enough. It felt like I was being taken care of by family.
The Best – the staff is super and getting back/lumbar and legs back a blessing – Thank you Dr Luftus – let the healing begin!
Not very professional. They kept lieing to me.Do not come here.

Wonderful pre-op and post-op experience, due to staff. Anesthesiologist was great, too. Had a upper GI endoscopy
Amazing staff and facility! The front desk/admission/check in people are super friendly. All the nurses were kind and informative.
